1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective products.

You must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing showing the damaged product for your exchange request to be processed.
Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
 

2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds except in specific cases:

Product Unavailability: If the ordered product is unavailable, we will notify you, and a full refund will be issued. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Order or Quantity Changes Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel or modify an order before shipping, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund approval is at the discretion of our team after reviewing your request.
 

3. Non-Refundable Items
Products once shipped and received without damage are not eligible for refund or exchange.
By-mistake orders confirmed and shipped cannot be returned unless approved by our team under exceptional circumstances.
